What you will do

• Monitor key performance metrics, productivity, and budgets to support practice operations.
• Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, and payroll processes.
• Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, and supply ordering.
• Partner with leadership on financial reporting, billing compliance, and strategic projects.
• Support teammate performance and day-to-day operational management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tampa, FL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of healthcare administration or radiology practice experience.
• 2+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and analytics tools like Tableau.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
