What you will do

• Facilitate customer onboarding, configure backup policies, and orient stakeholders on admin portals.
• Conduct success planning sessions to align business outcomes with product adoption.
• Execute recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports using the hirify.global Data Resilience Maturity Model.
• Monitor usage signals to detect churn risk and define proactive mitigation plans.
• Build business cases and articulate value propositions for expansion to CISO/CIO stakeholders.
• Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• Must be permanently located in Romania
• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Hands-on expertise in operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms.
• VMCE certification (or ability to complete post-hire).
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate business outcomes into technical roadmaps.
