What you will do

• Produce and deliver German subtitles for live football programming using respeaking techniques.
• Ensure subtitle accuracy and alignment with Ofcom guidelines and internal SLAs.
• Repurpose live captions for repeat showings.
• Log and report transmission failures to technical services.
• Respond quickly to operational problems during live broadcasts.
• Work a shift-based pattern, including afternoons and evenings from Friday to Sunday.

Requirements

• Fluent German speaker with excellent written skills in grammar and spelling.
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not provided).
• Strong knowledge and passion for football.
• Ability to adapt to different subtitling styles and compliance standards.
• Calm, reliable, and quick-thinking under pressure.
