What you will do
- Define and execute comprehensive content strategies for UK, USA, and Canada markets to drive organic growth and monetization.
- Recruit, train, and manage a multi-level content team including Managers, Writers, and Editors.
- Oversee editorial quality and E-E-A-T standards across a portfolio of sports betting and online casino brands.
- Collaborate with SEO, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure content supports user experience and commercial goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new content opportunities.
- Ensure all published content adheres to regional betting and gambling regulations.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading content strategy and operations at scale, particularly within the UK, USA, or Canadian markets.
- Strong background in digital publishing or the sports betting and online casino content ecosystems.
- Proven experience in managing and developing professional content teams.
- Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, Editorial strategy, and E-E-A-T principles.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (C2).
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, fully remote, and international environment.
