What you will do

• Develop and produce engaging social-first content including videos, graphics, and posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Monitor and analyze social trends and audience behavior to keep the brand presence current and effective.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in the brand's specific tone of voice.
• Collaborate with presenting talent and high-profile guests to create dynamic on-the-go content.
• Execute social media content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting across all channels.
• Provide live social media coverage and content creation during radio events and shows.

Requirements

• Professional social media experience with a strong focus on creating optimized content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to shoot and film content on mobile devices and confidence in directing talent and guests.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and graphic design.
• Strong social copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to a specific brand voice.
• Must be available to work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
• Availability to support events and content opportunities outside of normal office hours.
