Location: Must be based in London or Madrid (Hybrid working model).

What you will do

• Research and commission high-quality ELT content aligned with market needs and publishing plans.
• Collaborate with global and local brand teams to develop strong concepts and customer value propositions.
• Brief and oversee internal and external content developers and packagers to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and resources to ensure profitable delivery.
• Mentor and support development editors within a matrix management structure.
• Conduct market research and school visits to inform product differentiation and strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or Madrid and able to work in a hybrid model.
• Proven experience in ELT publishing at a project leadership level.
• Strong understanding of ELT markets, particularly Pre-Primary and Primary segments in Spain.
• Excellent written English proficiency.
• Experience with content management systems and publishing technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
