What you will do

• Analyze key YouTube metrics including retention, watch time, and click-through rates to inform content strategy.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable reports for editorial teams and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production colleagues to optimize publishing approaches and channel growth initiatives.
• Support the development and optimization of titles, thumbnails, and Shorts to maximize audience engagement.
• Monitor audience responses to identify trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Ensure all output complies with hirify.global editorial guidelines and legal standards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and audience behavior.
• Experience using performance data to inform content or channel development decisions.
• Proven experience working in a digital content environment for a creator, publisher, or broadcaster.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights clearly to diverse teams.
