Junior Activation Specialist

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Develop KPI forecasts and media plans using client inputs and historical campaign data.
• Execute and optimize biddable digital campaigns across social, video, display, and search channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, verify data accuracy, prepare client reports, and track delivery against KPIs.
• Provide campaign inputs such as creative specifications, planning KPIs, and targeting capabilities.
• Collaborate with client account teams, internal departments, and Google, Meta, and TikTok representatives.
• Support client and agency meetings and contribute to annual strategy preparation.

Requirements

• Junior-level experience or capability in digital advertising and campaign activation.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of digital advertising channels, including social, video, search, campaign tools, and industry trends.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in matrix structures with client teams and internal units.

Nice to have

• Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager certifications.
• Previous experience in an agency or in-house team in a similar position.
