What you will do

• Develop KPI forecasts and media plans based on client inputs and historical data.
• Execute digital biddable campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance, verify data accuracy, and deliver regular client reports.
• Optimize campaigns based on ongoing performance analysis to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and advertising platform representatives to integrate paid media efforts.
• Support the client account team during agency and client meetings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (B2 level minimum).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals and channel roles.
• Ability to work effectively within matrix structures.
• Must be based in Belgrade for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in agency or in-house digital marketing teams.
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
