What you will do

• Conduct detailed analysis of customer management initiatives, including campaign performance and player lifecycle optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and produce financial reporting for business operations and joint venture partners.
• Support Compliance through regulatory, AML, KYC, and Responsible Gaming reporting.
• Interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
• Manage and deliver analytics projects within strict deadlines.
• Create and present commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in statistics and experience with tools such as Excel, Pandas, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Experience with CRM-related analysis, including customer segmentation and ROI calculations.
• Ability to handle and interpret large volumes of numerical data.
• Interest in the Casino, Sports Betting, and Gaming industry.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Prior professional experience within the iGaming industry.
