Location: Essen, Hannover, München, Berlin, Würzburg, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Combination of office and remote work is possible. Up to 20 days of workation per year within Europe.

What you will do

• Translate company business strategy into technological capabilities.
• Advise on technology utilization for specific regional demands.
• Determine the balance between localized and scalable value chain components.
• Initiate and lead IT/Tech organizational transformation.
• Understand the domain CRM/Billing Platforms
• Feed the strategy department with technological capabilities to unlock value potential

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics or management with relevant working experience.
• Experience as Head of IT or Head of Core Systems.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Kraken etc.
• Strategic thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Autonomy & accountability and high-level technology expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel weekly and internationally.
