What you will do

• Prepare UK and foreign entity statutory accounts and tax returns.
• Support international payroll, benefits, and sales tax reporting.
• Assist with global R&D tax claims and group audit processes.
• Support month-end close procedures for non-trading entities.
• Submit various statistical reports, including ONS filings, in a timely manner.
• Collaborate on ad hoc finance projects to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in practice or a busy finance team for a global company.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and UK tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with US entities and US tax is highly desirable.
• Experience with consolidation and modern accounting systems like Sage.
• Strong communication skills and digital literacy.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot and advanced Excel skills.
• Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
