What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for Fleet and Travel categories, acting as the primary contact for FMC and TMC vendors.
• Oversee vehicle allocation, onboarding, and maintenance, including the "Wings Minis" marketing initiative.
• Maintain employee travel data and manage long-term accommodation and MICE development programs.
• Lead the fleet and travel contribution to the company's net-zero sustainability goals.
• Coordinate the vendor onboarding process and manage data collection for the procure-to-pay cycle.
• Generate data insights and reports to identify cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, or a similar operational role.
• Proven capability in internal and external stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Must be based in London, UK
