What you will do

• Lead the operational strategy for large-scale, high-complexity events from planning to execution.
• Design scalable operational models, workflows, and tools from scratch.
• Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans and mitigate operational risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and local Operations teams to align stakeholders.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for key partners.
• Oversee ground-level implementation and unblock critical issues during event setups.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy and operations roles within high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and lead projects end-to-end.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence without authority.
• Builder mentality with a balance of strategic design and hands-on execution.
• Must be based in London.

Nice to have

• Experience in operational environments such as logistics, marketplaces, or large-scale physical operations.
• Exposure to live events.
• Analytical skills including Excel and SQL.
