What you will do

• Define the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and execution roadmap for the hirify.global Agent framework and Fleet Server.
• Oversee the packaging and distribution of the hirify.global Distribution for OpenTelemetry (EDOT) and standalone collectors.
• Drive remote management capabilities for agent infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment and control at scale.
• Lead the release strategy for cloud-native deployments, specifically focusing on Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts.
• Advance OpenTelemetry standards by guiding the development of receivers and exporters.
• Manage product initiatives for Logstash and the Beats ecosystem to improve performance and supportability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience in enterprise infrastructure observability or telemetry collection.
• Deep technical familiarity with OpenTelemetry Collector, hirify.global Agent, Filebeat, and Logstash.
• Proven track record in defining requirements for remote agent management and fleet control planes.
• Experience with Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts in cloud-native orchestration.
• Background in IT Ops, DevOps, SRE, or as a customer-facing Solution Architect.
• Must be based in Ireland
