What you will do

• Drive the overarching strategy, delivery, and roadmap for major components of the hirify.global Partner Platform.
• Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into shippable product scope.
• Mentor and guide other Technical Product Owners to ensure cohesive execution and elevate product management practices.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to manage technical tradeoffs, architectural constraints, and API design.
• Validate product strategy through frequent engagement with partners, resellers, and internal executive stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and instrument feedback loops to measure adoption, billing accuracy, and platform performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience within the cloud ecosystem, including cloud operations, FinOps, or partner operations.
• Demonstrated experience building or operating platforms serving channel or partner-driven business models.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud fundamentals and APIs across AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proven ability to bridge technical and business requirements, with experience reviewing technical designs.
• Must have demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product specifications and development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with executive-level partners and internal teams.
