Headshot is a recruitment agency helping companies hire top talent across various industries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Middle/Senior Recruiter to join our team and manage end-to-end hiring processes.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer acceptance.
* Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience.
* Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure an excellent hiring experience.
Requirements
* 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency experience is a plus).
* Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
* Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
