What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from detailed job scoping with hiring leaders to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Source passive candidates using sophisticated Boolean search, social media, and deep web sourcing techniques.
• Design and deploy targeted recruitment marketing campaigns specific to open job requisitions.
• Conduct professional phone interviews with role-specific probing questions to determine candidate fit.
• Provide hiring managers with proactive communication and market insights regarding talent trends.
• Mentor other recruiters and team members on innovative search techniques and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of results-oriented recruiting experience in-house, RPO, or agency settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Proven ability to showcase niche industry expertise and employ recruiting technologies for efficiency.
• Experience with deep web sourcing and strict adherence to compliance standards (e.g., OFCCP).
• Must be based in Ireland (In-country presence required).
