Professional Services Engagement Manager (French)

What you will do

• Act as the primary client liaison for consulting engagements, ensuring customer objectives are met.
• Triage inbound service requests and determine the appropriate ownership or escalation to Business Development.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including establishing MSAs and creating Statements of Work (SOW).
• Coordinate resource scheduling and manage variances in scope, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee administrative tasks including timesheet approvals, billable expense approval, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel to ensure efficient contract reviews for non-standard terms.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is required.
• Strong understanding of business context for software products and resellers.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous engagements with solid time-management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver projects with minimal management oversight.
