Managed Service Analyst Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support hosted software solutions for investment banks, brokers, and other EMEA-market clients.
• Design and communicate technical and functional solutions for client requirements and changes.
• Manage application tickets and the end-to-end incident lifecycle, coordinating remediation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, professional services, business analysis, and CIO teams to improve production stability.
• Participate in production stability projects, drive production changes, and prepare solution documentation, presentations, Rhirify.global, and RFP responses.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of overall experience, including 1–2 years in banking, finance, capital markets, or FinTech.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX, shell scripting, Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Fluent French and English required, with the ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with IT service management, software development processes, SaaS product support, and incident management.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications, analyze problems, manage priorities, and work independently or within a global team.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, or experience.
