What you will do

• Lead the adoption of AI-enabled solutions including predictive analytics and Generative AI to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Technology, Data, and Engineering teams to embed automation workflows and optimize resource utilization.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including CAPEX/OPEX budgets, financial forecasting, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and deploying emerging AI and automation technologies.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external vendors to ensure project delivery against KPIs.
• Oversee program planning and prioritization aligned with the Annual Operating Plan.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, automation, or digital transformation programs.
• Proven track record in delivering AI/ML initiatives, network orchestration, or workflow automation in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of transport network operations and how AI/automation reshapes network management.
• Expertise in commercial management, procurement, and leading major tenders for engineering services.
• Certified project management qualifications.
