What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of camera deployment programs from initial planning through installation and go-live.
• Perform on-site installations and maintenance of camera hardware and supporting equipment.
• Develop and manage program schedules, including installation timelines and technician dispatch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Site Development, Field Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Engage with customers to communicate progress and align on requirements.
• Provide rotating on-call support to respond to critical field issues and system outages.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Field Operations.
• Experience supporting hardware/software integrated programs through deployment and operations.
• Technical aptitude for hands-on troubleshooting and configuration in the field.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% for field work and on-call support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for stakeholder and customer management.
