What you will do

• Lead program management for in-store transformation, including direct on-site management at the lab store.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Retail Media, Customer, and Data & Digital teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Translate complex technical details into clear narratives to influence transformational change at the Executive level.
• Monitor financial performance to identify proactive cost-saving and revenue-growth opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks within transformation programs.
• Collaborate with operations capacity planning and merchandise teams on store prioritization and category resets.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or senior commercial roles, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
• Proven experience in a Program Manager role overseeing complex organizational change.
• Strong practical understanding of commercial operations, financial management, and business case validation.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable business process re-engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead indirectly across various functions and leadership layers.
• High digital literacy and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
