What you will do

• Drive operating profit goals and sales through effective cost management.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Lead and coach the management team to ensure best-in-class service standards.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends in cost of goods and labor.
• Partner with HR to train and develop restaurant leaders at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor and safety laws.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site full-time in Universal City, CA.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a high-quality restaurant group.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including holidays, weekends, and nights.
