hirify.global is hiring for a temporary Accounting Manager role supporting a NetSuite ERP reimplementation.

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries (accruals, reclassifications, fixed assets, intangible assets, and other accounting adjustments) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review fixed assets, lease, and intangible asset continuity schedules; analyze general ledger accounts, investigate unusual balances, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities within established timelines.
• Ensure financial records follow U.S. GAAP, SOX controls, and internal accounting policies.
• Support NetSuite ERP reimplementation by gathering inputs, tracking open items, following up on requests, and contributing to project deliverables and decisions.
• Assist with NetSuite data cleansing, migration readiness, and validation of financial statement data integrations through review of mappings, reconciliations, and reporting outputs.

Requirements

• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA Canada or U.S. CPA) preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive corporate accounting, public accounting, or accounting operations experience.
• Strong general ledger expertise, including month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deadlines, communicate progress, and escalate issues as needed.
