Senior Property Manager

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for property owners and ensure client objectives are met through timely reporting.
• Develop and execute tenant care programs to maximize retention across the asset portfolio.
• Direct the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial reports for operating and capital expenses.
• Oversee all lease administration activities, including monitoring expirations, covenants, and encumbrances.
• Manage sourcing, procurement, and vendor contract compliance to achieve portfolio savings.
• Provide formal supervision, mentorship, and performance management for the assigned property team.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant commercial real estate experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, budgeting, and variance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel; experience with Yardi, MRI, or Kardin is preferred.
• Ability to work 100% in-office during standard business hours.
