What you will do

• Lead the foundation's internal leadership communications practice, developing strategies and programs for senior leaders.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on messaging, audience strategy, and communications risks.
• Manage an integrated leadership communications calendar and draft high-quality scripts, talking points, and presentations.
• Build frameworks, templates, and playbooks to ensure consistent leadership communication during organizational change.
• Architect and optimize the internal communications technology ecosystem, specifically SharePoint and Viva Engage.
• Establish measurement frameworks and use data analytics to inform communications strategy and platform decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in internal or executive communications within a complex, global organization.
• Proven ability to draft high-quality executive content and coach senior leaders for high-visibility moments.
• Deep technical expertise in SharePoint and Viva Engage governance and architecture.
• Strong command of communications data and analytics to translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US; no immigration sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with philanthropies, global health/development organizations, or public sector institutions.
• Strong familiarity with change management principles and their application to communications.
