What you will do

• Lead end-to-end internal updates and key initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to draft and distribute communications across approved channels.
• Own and manage company e-newsletters using Axios HQ, including content planning, SME coordination, and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain intranet content and oversee the evolution of the team member experience hub.
• Support leadership communications and the creation of internal presentations and a shared slide library.
• Analyze engagement data and dashboards to identify trends and recommend refinements for communication effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide the growth of the internal communications function as the team expands and new resources are added.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing internal channels such as email platforms, intranet tools, or SharePoint-based environments.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and complex technical input.
• Experience with audience segmentation and using analytics to evaluate communication effectiveness.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for the U.S. based benefits package.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services or B2B environments.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Axios HQ, or project management tools like Asana.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt-based workflows for refining and distributing communications.
