What you will do

• Draft and manage internal emails, intranet content, presentations, and job aids.
• Design and maintain SharePoint pages to support enterprise change initiatives.
• Translate complex technology and business information into concise, usable content for diverse audiences.
• Support change adoption efforts through strategic messaging and enablement materials.
• Manage multiple concurrent deliverables in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mclean, VA and able to work fully onsite.
• Proven experience in corporate communications and organizational change management (ADKAR/OCM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint (page creation/design) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong independent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and operational logistics effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with video scripts or multimedia content creation.
• Background in complex industries such as IT, fintech, or healthcare.
• Portfolio of relevant writing samples.
