What you will do

• Manage end-to-end research projects, ensuring quality and timeliness in accordance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to translate client needs into specific research parameters.
• Execute project-related work including questionnaire development, data analysis, charting, and dashboard creation.
• Generate clear, actionable insights by synthesizing multiple data sources to provide value to clients.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, operations teams, and third-party partners.
• Perform rigorous quality checks on all reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with requests.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in customized or consumer research from an agency.
• Proficiency in MS Applications, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with decision influencers.
• Strong analytical research skills and understanding of custom research sampling and design.
• Ability to work under pressure and a solution-focused, go-getter attitude.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of statistics or multi-variance analysis.
• Experience using SPSS.
