What you will do
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential visitors to enhance event attendance.
- Extract and consolidate data from registration forms, attendee surveys, and digital interactions.
- Implement strategies to segment and categorize visitors for targeted marketing and engagement.
- Analyze visitor demographics, preferences, and behaviors to identify key trends and insights.
- Organize telecenter workflows and oversee data entry processes to ensure information accuracy.
- Develop and implement training programs for telecenter staff on data collection and call handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Commercial, or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented approach and proven people management skills.
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
