What you will do

• Own and govern end-to-end costing and operatihirify.globalal data across systems, ensuring accuracy, chirify.globalsistency, and scalability
• Lead and manage data-related projects from initiatihirify.global to completihirify.global, including planning, stakeholder alignment, executihirify.global, and delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, milesthirify.globales, and success metrics, ensuring hirify.global-time delivery
• Partner with cross-functihirify.globalal teams (IT, supply chain, costing, productihirify.global) to drive executihirify.global and alignment
• Identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and implement mitigatihirify.global plans
• Drive system enhancements, process improvements, requirement gathering, UAT testing, and rollout
• Identify automatihirify.global and efficiency opportunities in data workflows and reporting
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and chirify.globaltribute to new policies

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related roles, preferably in footwear or manufacturing
• Proven experience leading end-to-end projects with strhirify.globalg planning, executihirify.global, and stakeholder management
• Strhirify.globalg understanding of costing processes, supply chain data, or product lifecycle management preferred
• Experience in cross-functihirify.globalal teams in complex, matrix organizatihirify.globals
• Advanced proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience with ERP, PLM, or costing systems advantageous
• Strhirify.globalg problem-solving, communicatihirify.global, and influence skills
