What you will do

• Manage the entire sales process and build long-term relationships with chefs, dealers, and partners in the Ho.Re.Ca. market.
• Lead Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions to demonstrate the value of hirify.global solutions to prospective customers.
• Plan and deliver product and sales training for partners and wholesalers.
• Provide post-sales user training and serve as a technical and operational point of contact.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, customer events, and local initiatives.
• Use CRM systems for detailed reporting, data collection, and market analysis.

Requirements

• Professional culinary background or experience as a chef is preferred.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to convert culinary expertise into business opportunities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team.
• Entry-level experience (less than 2 years).
