Location: Must be based at any hirify.global Data Centers location within the United States (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days flexible)

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the North American fiber diligence and OSP planning team.
• Drive site-specific and market-level fiber diligence for new campus opportunities and acquisitions.
• Oversee OSP strategy, including route diversity, conduit pathways, and carrier availability.
• Collaborate with Site Selection, Construction, and Legal teams to align connectivity requirements early in the project lifecycle.
• Manage carrier engagement regarding build requirements, construction timelines, and serviceability.
• Develop repeatable processes, standards, and reporting for connectivity readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, or OSP.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of dark fiber, route diversity, and data center connectivity requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with ServiceNow, DCIM, or GIS/KMZ tools.
• Ability to travel across North American campuses as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale, colocation, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of fiber permitting, easements, and municipal coordination.
• Experience supporting greenfield campus development or brownfield expansions.
