What you will do

• Lead engineering activities from project award through design delivery, construction support, and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain Basis of Design (BOD) documentation, engineering reviews, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering efforts with Owners, Engineers of Record, Construction, and Supply Chain teams.
• Review engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and vendor submittals for quality and compliance.
• Manage engineering changes, technical risks, and design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and CAD designers through technical guidance and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited college.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification required (or ability to obtain within one year).
• Four or more years of progressive engineering experience in utility-scale renewable energy, industrial, EPC, or heavy infrastructure.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to project sites based on business needs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
