Salary: $99,000 – $150,000 USD (based on location and compensation zone).

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume non-technical roles while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting peers to align on pipelines, interview progress, and hiring goals.
• Establish and refine scalable recruiting workflows and processes in evolving business environments.
• Utilize recruiting technology including Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-powered tools to improve sourcing and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume roles.
• Must be able to work onsite at least 3 days per week in Chicago, Menlo Park, New York, or Westlake.
• Proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Gem for pipeline management and analytics.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into daily recruiting workflows.
• Ability to operate effectively in changing environments and build structure from scratch.
