Salesforce Developer (SaaS): Developing and implementing scalable Salesforce and Fonteva solutions to support a diverse ecosystem of software applications with an accent on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and complex integrations. Focus on building secure, maintainable technical solutions, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with architects to align platform capabilities with business requirements.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Develop and implement customer solutions using Apex, Flows, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Architects to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Execute unit tests, support SIT/UAT, and manage deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and integration specifications.
• Support Fonteva upgrades and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, LWC, Triggers, and Platform Events.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and modern development tools.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fonteva or other managed packages.
• Background in Association Management Systems (AMS) or nonprofit solutions.
• Experience with LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks, Python, and Agentforce.
