What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery using SAP Activate methodology, from planning through to transition to operations.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations aligned with client HR and business requirements.
• Oversee delivery across S/4HANA, ECC, and RISE with SAP workstreams.
• Drive project governance, RAID management, and steering committee communications.
• Manage project financials, timelines, dependencies, and vendor engagements.
• Facilitate design workshops, requirement validation, and Fit-to-Standard processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering medium to large-scale SAP programs as a Project Manager.
• Hands-on delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable).
• Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks.
• Experience with S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or RISE with SAP.
• Legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand; sponsorship is not provided.
