What you will do

• Support the design and delivery of change activities to help employees understand and adopt new ways of working.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, sponsors, and leaders to ensure change is practical and outcome-focused.
• Execute transformation initiatives within a major ERP programme using enterprise change standards.
• Tailor change management approaches to meet the specific needs of various end-user groups.
• Manage multiple concurrent change initiatives in a fast-paced environment to ensure effective implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Auckland, New Zealand.
• Practical and structured approach to applying change management frameworks.
• Proven experience working on complex ERP programmes.
• Background in supply chain, manufacturing, sales, or finance environments.
• Ability to build trust and influence behavioural change among leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
