What you will do

• Own design execution and contribute to strategy across complex product areas, ensuring high-quality interaction and member experience.
• Drive design vision across multi-quarter timelines in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Research.
• Lead design research, including generative studies and usability evaluations, to inform product-shaping insights.
• Apply behavioral design principles to drive engagement and habit formation in mental health content.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into the design process for prototyping, research synthesis, and rapid iteration.
• Mentor and support designers, contributing to reviews and fostering a growth-oriented team culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing human-centered products, ideally in innovative or emerging technology spaces.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
• Strong visual design craft with a portfolio demonstrating high-impact work and motion design principles.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with active use of tools like Claude, Figma Make, or Cursor.
• Deep knowledge of iOS and Android interface design standards and patterns.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools for communicating complex design ideas.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, healthcare, or sensitive member journey design.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and foster creativity across interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience contributing to or working within established design systems.
