Salary: $127,630 - $191,200 per annum

What you will do

• Define board-level architecture, oversee layout execution, and generate BOMs and schematics.
• Engineer hirify.global systems for IP validation and product reference platforms.
• Collaborate with mechanical, system electrical, manufacturing, and test teams.
• Plan and organize the board build process, component procurement, and board bring-up.
• Perform hardware debugging, root cause analysis, and design verification.
• Maintain technical relationships with external vendors and industry peers as a single point of contact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (9+ years exp), Master's (6+ years exp), or PhD (6+ years exp).
• 5-10+ years of experience in server-based solutions and rack/appliance systems for datacenters.
• 2-3 years of experience in complex systems project management.
• Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Systems Hardware (Blade and Rack Servers).
• Experience using advanced test equipment such as sampling/real-time oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (EAR).

Nice to have

• Experience in Photonics.
• Strong knowledge of PCIe, DDR memory topologies, and power supply.
• Proficiency in PCB design using Cadence OrCAD/Allegro tools.
