What you will do

• Develop short and long-term strategic marketing plans, including commercial strategy, product promotion, and medical education.
• Create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on customer insights and market research.
• Develop marketing materials, sales tools, and training resources to support field teams.
• Monitor the competitive landscape, clinical evidence trends, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to achieve commercial objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Clinical, and Regulatory, to ensure coordinated execution of product initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, or healthcare (5 years with an advanced degree).
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available for this level).

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or digital health.
