VP, Healthcare & Life Sciences (AI)

What you will do

• Own the commercial strategy and go-to-market execution for the healthcare and life sciences vertical.
• Prospect, negotiate, and close complex, multi-year GPU compute contracts with pharmaceutical, biotech, and research customers.
• Define the ideal customer profile and map demand for drug discovery, genomics, molecular simulation, and medical imaging workloads.
• Partner with Legal and Security to develop compliance and data privacy strategies covering HIPAA, healthcare GDPR, and patient data sovereignty.
• Translate high-throughput computing and parallel processing requirements into product requirements for engineering.
• Build partnerships with bioinformatics software providers, research universities, and medical technology integrators.

Requirements

• 10+ years of complex enterprise sales, business development, or go-to-market leadership experience.
• Demonstrable experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Deep understanding of HPC workloads in biology, chemistry research, genomics, and molecular dynamics simulations.
• An active network of CIOs, Chief Data Officers, and senior research or informatics leaders in pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
• Ability to navigate conservative, regulated procurement environments and build a new vertical strategy from the ground up.
• Experience working with healthcare compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
