What you will do

• Map the HCLS landscape and define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for biotech firms, pharmaceutical giants, and research institutions.
• Personally prospect, negotiate, and close complex, multi-year GPU compute contracts with lighthouse customers.
• Author and execute a rigorous compliance strategy navigating HIPAA, GDPR, and patient data sovereignty requirements.
• Translate high-throughput computing (HTC) and parallel processing requirements of genomics and bioinformatics into concrete product requirements.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with bioinformatics software providers and research universities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in complex enterprise sales, business development, or GTM leadership within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences sectors.
• Deep understanding of high-performance computing (HPC) workloads used in biology, chemistry research, and genomics.
• A robust, active network of CIOs, Chief Data Officers, and VP-level research leaders in top-tier pharma and biotech labs.
• Ability to navigate highly conservative, heavily regulated procurement environments.
• Must be based in the US.
