What you will do
- Partner with global stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end compliance surveillance solutions.
- Develop and maintain software across the full lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate code generation, debugging, and test creation.
- Validate and harden AI-generated outputs to ensure production-grade quality and regulatory compliance.
- Work with large datasets using technologies like Java, Python, Spark, and Snowflake.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual engineering tasks using AI agents and prompt engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Expertise in Java and/or Python development.
- Strong understanding of automated testing and SDLC concepts.
- Ability to clearly express technical ideas and arguments in professional settings.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Devin.
- Knowledge of financial industry compliance or risk functions.
- Proficiency in API design and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Apache Spark, or Hadoop.
