Location: Hybrid — on-site at Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA offices

Salary: $160K – $230K

What you will do

• Design and build AI-first platforms, tools, and best practices to improve the developer experience for Snowsight.
• Drive strategy and initiatives to improve agentic development workflows and build infrastructure to support 10x developer productivity increases.
• Improve platform reliability through observability, alerting, SLOs, and automated remediation.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to engineering processes, tooling, and standards.

Requirements

• On-site work required: ability to work on-site at Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA offices.
• Fluency in Go, Java, or Python.
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with enterprise-grade build systems.
• Experience with or strong interest in AI/LLM-based applications (agents, prompt/tool engineering, evals, or productionized AI features).
• English: outstanding written and oral English communication skills.
