What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day resource for merchant partners to resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Conduct merchant visits and support onboarding efforts to ensure successful adoption of the Serve ecosystem.
• Gather merchant feedback and communicate actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate robot demonstrations, local activations, and market expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or operations, preferably in tech, food service, or delivery.
• Proven track record of managing field sales cycles and handling objections.
• Familiarity with tablet and Point-of-Sale (POS) hardware systems.
• Experience using CRM systems and basic data analysis tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-60% within the LA and surrounding market areas.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for on-site work.
