What you will do

• Develop API-based workflows to ensure seamless communication between core business platforms and external logistics partners.
• Design, build, and maintain automated pipelines to retrieve and route data across internal and external databases and tools.
• Perform hands-on data analysis on shipping times and inventory flows, creating automated dashboards for stakeholders.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to define KPIs and data quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues to recommend improvements that reduce cost and increase logistics performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, and reporting systems.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data engineering, or workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and data management using cloud databases and spreadsheets.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one other programming language, ideally Python or Javascript.
• Proficiency in AI-driven development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and AI orchestration frameworks (Langgraph, OpenAI/Gemini SDKs).
• Experience designing data models and transforming operational data into clean datasets for reporting.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically Cloud Run and BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Google Apps Script and working with the NetSuite API.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience with 3PL, fulfillment, or transportation management systems.
• Familiarity with data observability and monitoring frameworks in production.
