What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain platform services and automation tooling.
• Develop backend automations to replace manual, repetitive operational tasks.
• Improve deployment, provisioning, and configuration processes for self-service capabilities.
• Monitor platform health and contribute to reliability, performance, and cost improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate needs into platform capabilities.
• Document platform services to ensure they are usable and extensible by other teams.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Solid engineering fundamentals with the ability to reason about complex systems.
• Practical experience automating backend processes end-to-end.
• Comfort working in cloud environments and with infrastructure as code.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable scripts and services in at least one general-purpose language.
• Pragmatic mindset with a preference for simple, robust solutions.

• Experience supporting internal platforms used by multiple teams.
