What you will do

• Drive architectural decisions and set engineering standards as the team's technical referent.
• Champion an AI-first approach by embedding AI agents and assistants into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Design and implement self-service platforms and automation frameworks to boost developer productivity.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure software releases.
• Architect resilient cloud-based solutions with a focus on security, observability, and cost optimization.
• Evaluate and define guidelines for the secure adoption of emerging AI models and agentic tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical referent or lead driving technical decisions and mentoring teams.
• Strong AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI agents and coding assistants.
• Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem including models, agent skills, and protocols like MCP.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline management, Infrastructure as Code, and configuration management.
• Strong background in container orchestration and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in building internal developer platforms and automating infrastructure provisioning.
