Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Compensation: $150K – $300K + Equity

What you will do

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope and conversation design to production launch and iteration.
• Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise executives to define and shape their AI strategy.
• Partner with customer working teams daily to troubleshoot agents and ensure on-track delivery.
• Directly influence the product roadmap by surfacing unmet customer needs to research and platform teams.

Requirements

• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise leaders and navigate complex organizations.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical aptitude to engage with API documentation, data models, and system architecture.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-visibility, complex projects to successful outcomes.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM agents using RAG, prompt engineering, and eval frameworks.
• Experience as a founder, founding team member, or operator in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Financial Services, including security and compliance requirements (PII, fair lending).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or an MBA.
