What you will do

• Develop and refine industry strategy, prioritizing key accounts and subindustries for GTM impact
• Own pipeline progression and forecast tracking, providing leadership with clear visibility into risks and opportunities
• Drive expansion strategy across industry and core accounts, identifying whitespace and growth opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally with Agent Development and Sales to operationalize strategy and align stakeholders
• Manage deal progression and strategic deal desk initiatives for high-priority accounts

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, consulting, or business operations
• Proven ability to own business areas end-to-end and manage complex deals
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior executives
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Previous startup or high-growth operational experience
